His, First

"Are you done?" His voice is low, commanding, as though he's reprimanding a toddler.
"Get out of my way, Ivan." Annoyance drips from every word.
I can't believe I allowed this man to embrace me, allowed him to think he had the right to hold me. I almost want to claw my hair out at the thought.
"I already told you, I did what I thought was right."
He removes his hand from my wrist to wrap it under my chin, clashing our foreheads together - forcing me to lock my gaze onto his.
"I regret nothing. If you're going to keep acting like a child, be prepared to be treated like one."
And just like that he removes his hand, and walks out to the living room, as though touching me physically burned him. I gasp at the release of his harsh grip as I try to swallow the weight of his words.
