Chuuya has been absent from school for over a month now. He frequently skips class, calling the teachings useless but a whole month?! Dazai finds this to be suspicious, however he doesn't do anything to investigate. After all, he has enough on his plate having to deal with his drunk and abusive father at home. Chuuya doesn't know about the skeletons in Dazai's closet and if he found out it would probably scare him away, so he's keeping his own secrets as well. Will they ever learn to stop hating each other? One thing is certain: a long and difficult battle awaits them.
