In an unlikely rift between dimensions, Ben Tennyson's Omnitrix reacts to an unknown energy and opens a portal to... Hell. Catapulted into the chaotic and colorful universe of the Hazbin Hotel, Ben finds himself separated from Gwen and Kevin, with no immediate way home.

Injured and disoriented, he is found by Charlie Morningstar, the princess of Hell, who welcomes him into her hotel with the idea of "redeeming" this mysterious human with strange powers. Ben, initially wary, agrees to stay alone to find a way back to Earth... but things quickly get complicated.

Meanwhile, Alastor shows a disturbing interest in the device, while Angel Dust takes Ben under her wing (sort of), drawing him into the crazy dynamics of the hotel.

Charlie, determined to prove that even Hell can change, sees hope in Ben: someone who fights for good, even in the most misplaced of places. Ben, for his part, begins to understand that not all "demons" are truly lost.

But when a powerful infernal entity discovers the Omnitrix's potential and decides to possess it to unleash chaos across the worlds, Ben must choose: escape and return home... or stay and protect those who are no longer just "monsters."

Through battles, sarcasm, emotional moments, and unexpected bonds, Ben becomes something he never imagined...

A promise, a challenge... and perhaps the start of a new family in Hell.
