Navy Captain Murtasim Khan, who married a second time for his daughter after his first wife left him, left the country for a case without seeing his wife. Two months later, without informing anyone, he came back to the country. His second wife, Meerab, was playing with her daughter and suddenly hugged him, thinking he was her daughter. She opened her eyes a moment later, not recognizing him, and shouted at him, calling him a thief. Just then, Murtasim's daughter ran up and hugged Murtasim and said in front of Meerab, "Papa, Papa, you've arrived." Meerab said in surprise, "Papa? Twinkle, is this your father?" Twinkle hugged Murtasim and smiled with a triumphant smile and said, "Yes, Bunny! This is my father. You know, my father is a Navy Captain. Murtasim Khan." "I,,,I really didn't recognize you, I'm so sorry." As Murtasim walked away without saying a word, carrying Twinkle in his arms, Meerab spoke again, "I said sorry, I didn't think you'd be back today." The Confusing Diary of a Very Angry Meerab
Post Ep 18: In spite of trying to take the full brunt of the accident, Murtasim could only watch in horror as Meerab is thrown out of the car and hits her head in the pavement. The last thing Meerab remembers was the excitement of her upcoming 21st birthday but now apparently it's almost 4 months past that. She is apparently already 21. Her parents are not her parents. Anwar Khan is her biological father. She is married and Murtasim Khan is... in love with her. Well, apparently anyway.
Qubool Hai (MeeraSim FF)
Qubool hai. Meerab Malik was born fiery and defiant, a sole daughter who carried all her baba's ruling genes but none of his power. Murtasim Khan, ruling the neighbouring lands, was a reckoning force. Tying their names might have been an act to bridge the families, but it invited more friction than peace.
