Elizabeth "Betty" Jones had been in love with Steve Rogers for as long as she could remember. Steve Rogers was none the wiser. Having grown up together in Brooklyn, he found himself in her company nearly as often as he found himself in the company of Bucky Barnes.
When Steve found himself enlisted and ultimately chosen for a government experiment, he found himself being called a symbol of hope for America. Touring the country as Captain America, he turned to Betty for companionship and comfort. When the tour takes them to Europe, he found himself vying to go to the frontlines.
When it becomes his reality, Betty is forced to decide if she'll find a way to stay in Europe or if she'll go back to her life in Brooklyn. She'll be forced to decide between following the man she loves or a comfortable life with her family.
