A roleplay story that me and @Willow935 are doing cause we're bored.
Summary:
Gaia, or [Earth], is divided into two sections. The inner section is called Enon. It's a beautiful place where you'd see modern day inventions and technology rise. It's paradise; filled with lush trees, fresh air, and the presence of absolute glory. The people who live in Enon prosper and live their best lives everyday, either insanely rich or insanely talented. Much different from those who live in Exon. Exon, is the outer section, the outer layer of Gaia where all things icky and tar-like are. You can describe it precisely as the slums. It's a dystopian place where the absolute rule no matter where you venture out is to "kill or be killed".
No one knows when Gaia was separated into these two sections; not the oldest species, not the history books, hell not even the planets themselves. All that anyone knows is that Exon should be kept out, because the savages that live there are too unkept for the modern day world.
No one bats an eye when Exon is attacked or when people are enslaved there, because well, it's Exon. Exon doesn't deserve any sympathy or pity even if there are innocent people living there. Exon is Exon. If you were born there then you're simply unlucky, nothing more to it. That's how it's been for decades.

Rouge group Re:Bell is the imbalance in the system. Re:Bell is a secret rebel group whose headquarters is hidden somewhere within Exon. The members are all well trained assassins and martial artists. They're highly skilled players and that's why they've been such a hassle for the Enon government to deal with.
You see, Re:Bell are proudly against the Enon government, indubitably because of the many crimes and horrendous actions the government creates towards the citizens of Exon, savages or not. It's not fair, it never was. So, if the Enon government continues such actions without reprimand, Re:Bell will just make it everyone's problem.
