After the Phantom Thieves Guild and Phantom Empire joined forces together to become one the towns of Pikarigaoka and Makoto Mirai City are both in danger together as Makoto Jewels have started appearing within Pikarigaoka and the attacks of Sairaks on the rise within Makoto Mirai City..

Blue sends the Happiness Charge Team to Makoto Mirai City with them landing infront of the CUREtto Detective Agency just as Anna and Mikuru were returning from solving a case of a prized object that the Phantom Thieves Guild had stolen for it's Makoto Jewel..only for it to not have a Makoto Jewel at all..

With the threats of both towns at hand..the two teams must reveal their identies as Pretty Cure's in order to work together to save each other..alongside Isabella..who is more than happy to fight for both villain groups..Will the both of the teams worlds be saved or will the Villains obtain their goals..?
