Cooper Matthews doesn't know much about Emmett Harlow, two things aside: 1) Emmett is one of the smartest guys he's ever met, and 2) Emmett is also one of the rudest guys he's ever met.
But when the pair discover that their local drive-in movie theatre, their shared favorite place on earth (and shared place of employment), is under the threat, they have two options: they can either get over themselves and work together to save it, or they can let the drive-in fall into the wrong hands.

After coming out as transgender in high school, he made a vow to draw as little attention to himself as possible, diving headfirst into his work as a copy editor as soon as he graduated college. Now, Nikolas has finally decided to give himself a much-needed vacation to a small beach-side town in upstate California. However, everything takes a turn when an all-too-familiar face shows up at his hotel.
