When not dodging motogangs, sleeping in class, or avoiding his mean Aunt, Toto is a teenager without direction, hoping only for a quiet job after high school and for the world to leave him alone. But before he's pushed into the adulthood he's trying to avoid the unthinkable happens and his whole world turns upside down.

Framed for a bombing he didn't commit, Toto must uncover the truth before the world comes crashing down on his head. Forced outside the city and into the Wastelands, his face is on every billboard and vidfeed in the city. With the government cracking down on one end and a rebellion brewing on the other, Toto must carefully thread the line between the two groups...or else get sucked down in the spiral of violence and lose everything.

NOTE: This is just a rough draft of a piece I'm working on. Wattpad is a wonderful way to support a burgeoning writing habit, which is what I'm doing. Evelyn Sheer and the researchers are trying to create a genetic modification that enables humans to photosynthesize. Once in the facility, Evita is tagged as a test subject and loses all say over what happens to her body. She has to escape. By the time she comes up with a plan there is only one problem. Evita isn't ready to leave.
