Iceland always had the magic in him. But, only after Norway(probably drunk) tells England does he have the chance to actually learn how to control it. So, Iceland a.k.a Emil Steilsson is whisked away to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, where he will have to deal with nasty comments, rumours, homework and a secret in the 3rd floor corridor...
