Romance
Princess Chitrangadha Singh of Mewar was born into a world of palaces, traditions, and expectations. Varnika Chundawat was born close enough to stand beside her... but never close enough to truly belong there. Raised together within the royal palace, what begins as childhood attachment slowly turns into something far more dangerous. Hidden glances become jealousy. Loyalty becomes longing. And the line between princess and companion begins to blur in ways neither of them can control. But in a kingdom where duty matters more than desire, some feelings are not meant to survive. A slow-burn royal romance filled with forbidden love, palace secrets, family expectations, heartbreak, and the kind of devotion that refuses to disappear. NOTE : Inspired by the beautiful Thai series The Loyal Pin, this story is my own Indian historical reimagining set in the royal palaces of Mewar. All credit for the original concept and emotional inspiration goes to the creators of The Loyal Pin, whose story inspired me deeply enough to imagine a version rooted in Indian royalty, traditions, and history.
