Ardent Hollow Academy is a prestigious institution that appears peaceful, orderly, and almost utopian on the surface. Students attend classes, share dorms, and live what seems like a normal school life-but every student enrolled carries a curse. At Ardent Hollow, cursed individuals are gathered, not to be cured, but to be understood, controlled, and trained to coexist with what they are. The academy teaches that curses are not diseases or punishments-they are extensions of identity. However, beneath its calm exterior, the school maintains strict systems and hidden rules meant to prevent its students from losing control. The story follows five students- Blaze, a Phoenix-cursed student with fire-based abilities and regenerative flames tied to emotion and survival instinct. Jest, a Siren-cursed student whose voice can influence and manipulate others, making communication itself a dangerous tool. Vladen, a Vampire-cursed student who depends on blood to survive, balancing control against hunger-driven instinct. Calix, a Werewolf-cursed student caught between human thought and animal instinct, with heightened senses and transformation triggers. Hollow, a Banshee-cursed student whose voice can produce destructive sonic screams and echo-based perception of emotion and presence. Though they begin as strangers on their first day, they are quickly placed into the same environment where their curses constantly influence how they see themselves and others. As they adjust to life at Ardent Hollow, they begin to realize that living with a curse is not just about control-it is about identity, survival, and what it means to remain human while being something more. As bonds form and tensions grow, the academy's calm exterior slowly reveals cracks. The students must learn not only how to manage their curses, but also how to survive a place where everyone is powerful, unstable in different ways, and quietly capable of destroying everything around them.
