Due to the rise in mutants, the mayor of New York decided to build a whole town for them. The turtle brothers are apprehensive when it comes to going up to the surface even to go to a place meant for them.
This is their various adventures as they navigate this new place, make new friends, get jobs and maybe make some new enemies.
