Getting asked to join UA to become a licensed hero wasn't what y/n expected, especially with her vigilante role. The only reason she even considered it was because they said they'd allow her to do everything she does now just legalized. She knows it's because they don't want the commission collapsing because of her success but she doesn't want that to happen either. There's enough villains anyways...
