Julie Dalton is your ordinary, depressed, emo, bullied teenager who is right in the middle of her first year at Cobalt High School in New York City.

Because ordinary teenagers aren't thrown into the garbage every lunch period or forced to drink dirty toilet water in the locker room before gym class.

Finally pushed to the limit, Julie and her moms, Lainey and Sadie move all the way to London, and Julie then begins to realize just how un- ordinary she really is.
Because ordinary teenagers don't see things that aren't supposedly real.
Ordinary teenagers don't have the fate of the world handed to them, along with a razor sharp sword.
