Embers That Still Burn

Two years after graduating from U.A., Izuku Midoriya is juggling his first year of teaching, a too‑busy household shared with old classmates, and a relationship that seems perfect from the outside. Katsuki Bakugo is doing his best to keep his head down, build his career, and ignore the feelings he's been swallowing for years.

But adulthood doesn't come with clean lines or easy answers. As Izuku drifts further into a life that doesn't quite fit, and Katsuki tries to convince himself he's fine watching from the sidelines, the space between them only grows heavier. What they don't see, what no one sees, is the slow unraveling happening behind closed doors.

And as pressure mounts and a new villain group starts wreaking havoc on Japan, the safety of what they once knew and thought to be true crumbles. Leaving the two to ask them themselves...
