Victoria Parker doesn't believe in fresh starts. She believes in control. When she steps in as principal mid-year, she makes one thing clear: order will be restored, no matter the cost. Elle Collins has never responded well to authority. Not at school. Not at home. Not anywhere. She's sharp, guarded, and far too used to surviving on her own. So when she ends up in Principal Parker's office after a single reckless decision, she expects punishment. What she doesn't expect... is to be seen. What begins as discipline quickly turns into something far more dangerous-full of quiet glances, charged silences, and a tension neither of them can explain... or stop. Because some lines aren't meant to be crossed, and some people are worth risking everything for.
