Fifteen hours on shift in the Pittsburgh ER. Critical patients, crowded hallways, and coffee bad enough to keep anyone awake. Gabriela has handled chaos before, what she didn't expect was having to deal with Dr. Langdon being so close to her all the time. Between adrenaline, lingering glances, and stolen moments between cases, keeping things professional starts to feel less and less possible. And some ideas are terrible... precisely because they're irresistible.
