"You're the President now" he began and I glanced at him. He was behind my desk, working on something. "You must not attend all classes"

"I'm almost at the finish line. I can't drop from a 4.8 to a 2.6" I answered before shutting my eyes and he chuckled.

"Richie was meaning to drop-"

"No!" I immediately rejected.

"Relax, I turned him down" he said and I let out an inward sigh. "But you can't avoid him forever, he is necessary"

"Necessarily evil" I muttered.

"Anyways, you will be having your first council meeting with the executives-"

"Not interested"

There was silence for a second. "You are the President"

I shot up the sofa, "even though I get into a horrible accident and lose my memory, I wouldn't forget that!"

He paused, letting out a breath, his eyes still fixed on me. "You can't avoid this one. It's-"

"-necessary?"

"Yes. You need to speak to the people running this government with you. You have nothing to worry about, they are all on our side"

"Except the Vice president. He is the spy"

"At least, you are getting used to things" he answered and I huffed, falling back on the sofa. "You have some core functions you can't outrun. I have promised to handle the non-core functions"

"I didn't know being a pawn was this demanding"

He chuckled.
