Seventeen year old Wynston Lioren lives on Astrya, a planet known across Luminara for its magical beauty. This beauty faded the day Cytherean higher ups stepped foot on their ground, capturing Astryans and extracting their magic to put it in batteries to power Cytherean technology and weapons. Wynston's older sister, Kiyera, was taken during a Cytherean extraction raid, or, as APEX describes it: A 'retrieval of high value Astryans.' And since then, there's been no trace of her, not a single sign of her well being.
In order to get closer to the truth of what really happened to Kiyera and where she's being held, Wynston tries his best to get information by robbing Cytherean facilities. His goal is to build a spaceship and fly to Cytherean to retrieve his sister.
What nobody knows is that Wynston's determination is slowly pulling him toward something larger than just a missing person case.
