He was the only home I ever chose. And I was the home he burned down. In the quiet aftermath of a love that once felt eternal, one cruel betrayal tore their world apart. Left with nothing but silence and shattered vows, he walked away - carrying wounds no one could see. But love, even broken, refuses to die quietly. Now, with time running out and a handful of unsent letters stained with regret, the past returns... asking for one last chance to say goodbye . Some hearts heal in the light. Ours learned to bleed in the dark. This is not a love story. This is what remains when love almost makes it home. Almost Home..

Choi Beomgyu has spent most of his life in silence. From middle school to college, he existed on the fringes-unnoticed, untouched, and completely alone. No friends, no connections, no memories worth holding onto. His life became a quiet routine of isolation, shaped by something unspoken-something painful enough to hollow him out from the inside. To others, he was simply invisible. To himself, he was empty. College was supposed to be no different. Just another place to blend into the background, another chapter of solitude. But everything shifts the moment he sees a familiar face. Choi Yeonjun. Someone Beomgyu never expected to encounter again... and someone he clearly wants nothing to do with. Determined to protect the walls he built so carefully, Beomgyu avoids him at all costs-never meeting his eyes, never acknowledging his presence. As far as Beomgyu is concerned, Yeonjun belongs to a past he refuses to revisit. But Yeonjun feels it too. The moment he notices the quiet boy sitting in the corner, something stirs-a strange sense of familiarity he can't explain. The name "Beomgyu" lingers in his mind like a forgotten memory, just out of reach. No matter how hard he tries, he can't remember why it matters... only that it does. As the distance between them grows more deliberate on one side and more curious on the other, the question remains: What happened between them... and why does Beomgyu seem so determined to forget?
