your name is Naomi mori, you're a Japanese girl living in America, your father is in the army, and your mother is just a ton of work thankfully you don't deal with her much since she works at a corporate office, so all you do is go to school and work then go home and watch movies which your mother would hate, you have a little sister named ren and she's 7 your 17 its quite the age gap but you love her. You and your parents moved to America when you were 2 because your father claimed it was a better place to live but your mom complains and berates him every time has home about it, it's safe to say that they are not in love, your dad says there in love but it's clear they only got married because they were reckless young adults and it ended up in you being born. But there's one good thing in your life and that's your crush June, she's awesome talented at stuff you wish you could do she's pretty with her brown hair and blue eyes. but Your mother is very strict about your friends, no dyed hair no piercings so baggy clothes no revealing clothes. and June wears tank tops in the summer crop tops and dyes her hair in the summer and has ear piercing, which to your mom is a sin even though you guys don't believe in anything but you and June have been friends for years since 8th grade to be exact and your now seniors in high school, Christmas time is near its December 18th a week before Christmas, so you have to get your parents gifts and Ren and June oh, and you own a kitten named Yuki she's a fully white kitten only 4 weeks old your mother found her on the way to work, your sister Ren has been obsessed with her your mom calls it an early Christmas gift, but your mom just did not want to take it to the shelter, you also have a elderly cat named Sakura she was your aunts cat but your aunt moved back to Japan 4 years ago and never came back for Sakura so your mom kept her .
