(Thomas Shelby x reader ) Y/n is a young beautiful female. Her twin brother, Alex, has just gotten a letter from the military saying he needs to get drafted for the war (ww1) her twin brother (both of them are 15)however was unfortunately dealing with a terminal illness and was too sick but it was mandatory in order for him not to get in trouble she went in his place, she binded her chest, cut her hair short and took his identification. Her mother was concerned about her doing that but she understood the reasoning, while there she was able to keep her facade because almost everyone there was too busy with the war to notice there she met a young man by the name of Thomas Shelby who become buddies with her in disguise and they both care for each other, they served together and were by each other's side the whole time. Thomas Shelby for some odd reason couldn't explain the weird feelings he had towards Alex..love, he kept telling himself that it wasn't right to love another man romantically however he yearned for Alex and against his better will he'd even get a bit jealous when other soldiers would talk to him for too long. She was able to keep her cover and the disguise of her brother the whole time there.

The characters keep the names Lena and Miu instead of the original names from the novel. Since I haven't been able to find a full English adaptation or translation of the novel, this story is based only on the summary and a few excerpts I have come across. Because of that, some details may differ from the original novel or the future series. This is simply a fan project created while we all wait for Lena and Miu's next series.
