Going out of the blue

Blue Hennessy can be described by many as shy and introverted and because of this exact reason; the popular girls at school target her for their usual bullying routine. However, Blue does not seem to give a damn to be the subject of this persecution, and miraculously this seems to catch the eye of a new kid in school all the girls are dying to meet. Does he see what others don't in this shy and resolute girl? Or is he just one of those guys that only cares about expensive shoes and acting like idiots to look "cool"?
