Waking up with a headache was nothing new. Doing it in a harbor I didn't recognize, with my clothes covered in dust and no memory of how I got there, that was a different story.

Still, it could have been worse. I could have been dead.

Instead, I was standing in the middle of a harbor that meant nothing to me, with no money, no answers, and the uneasy feeling that everything was... off.

That's when I saw it, a ship that wasn't easy to ignore. Far too big, with dark fabrics rising above the deck like circus tents. An invitation no one seemed to question.

People climbed aboard without thinking twice. They laughed, chatted, went along with it. As if there was nothing strange about it. And maybe there wasn't. Maybe it was just another show. One of those that promised you'd never forget it.

And maybe... that's exactly what will happen.
