It Started With a Stupid Bet

Towers X and Y - let's be clear - aren't really towers. They're just small buildings, barely tall enough to call second floor "upstairs." There's no skyline, no parking, and definitely no peace.
And then, one hungover Tuesday morning, Charlie Owen (yes, that Charlie Owen) realized three things:
She had a new challenge.

She had a headache that could only be cured by revenge.
The mission? Conquer the new girl next door. The stakes? Bragging rights for whichever sorry building could claim her first.
Will Tower X, with its "charming" lack of hot water, win her over? Or will Tower Y, with its eternally delayed "renovation" plans, sweep her off her feet?
One thing's certain-this war won't be fought with roses. It'll be fought with passive-aggressive notes, suspiciously good baklava, and at least one emotional breakdown in the shared laundry room.
