Power Rangers: Phantom Thieves vs. Delta Squad is a high-energy fan adaptation of Kaitou Sentai Lupinranger VS Keisatsu Sentai Patoranger, reimagining its iconic rivalry through an original cast, setting, and emotional stakes.

For centuries, the ruthless Space Cartel has dominated the galaxy, hoarding powerful relics known as the Morphing Collection-artifacts capable of granting immense Ranger abilities. Now, two opposing teams rise to claim these treasures, each driven by their own sense of justice.

On one side are the Phantom Thieve Rangers: Kade, the cocky yet driven Phantom Red seeking revenge for his family's death; Aaron, the calculating Phantom Blue determined to revive his lost fiancée; and Mina, the compassionate Phantom Yellow who keeps the team grounded. Mentored by the suave and mysterious Will Aston, a former artifact recovery agent turned master thief, they steal from the corrupt elite to reclaim the Morphing Collection for their own purposes.

Opposing them is Delta Squad, elite officers of Space Patrol Alpha. Led by Liam, the passionate Delta Red haunted by his parents' murder, the team includes Gabe, an eager rookie striving to prove himself, and Addison, a calm and seasoned officer who balances the group. Under the stern guidance of Commander Featherstone, they wield their powers to uphold order and protect innocent lives.

As both teams clash over powerful relics using advanced tech like the Dual Morphers, Phantom Jets, and Delta Machines, their battles blur the line between hero and outlaw. Meanwhile, the sinister Don Vortex and his deadly enforcers, General Bracknox and Madame Cruelle, manipulate events from the shadows, seeking a worthy successor to his ancient empire.
