Seth Castiel is a 12-year-old runaway orphan who survives alone on the edge of society after escaping a lifetime of unstable orphanages and constant conflict. Hardened by abandonment and forced independence, he lives through theft, smuggling, and pure survival instinct, trusting no one and answering to nothing. His life changes when he witnesses two mysterious objects crash into Earth's atmosphere-one of which becomes bonded to him: a Prototype Ultimatrix, an unstable alien transformation device capable of evolving DNA into powerful and unpredictable forms. But the device is flawed. Its transformations are unstable, emotionally reactive, and dangerous-even to Seth himself. Now armed with a roster of powerful alien forms he renames through instinct and experience, Seth is forced into a hidden war he doesn't understand. As his power grows, so does the mystery behind his crimson eyes, the Ultimatrix's true purpose, and why Earth was chosen in the first place. In a world of evolving alien threats and unknown cosmic forces, Seth must decide whether he is just a survivor... or something far more dangerous that the Ultimatrix is slowly turning him into.

"Holy Grail Wars, Masters, Servants, Chaldea... I'm sick of it all. Just let me live in peace." Living as a Master is meant to be the best thing to happen to anyone. You have power, loyal followers that act as family and the respect of peers. Hah! If only. Even if you're good, it only matters if you're good enough.
