Revised Synopsis

When Crown Prince Lee Do-hyun, a dominant Alpha, succumbs to his heat, he finds himself in the arms of Min Seo-hoo, an Omega slave. Driven by fear of the palace's strict laws, Seo-hoo disappears the next morning. Left with nothing but a fading scent, Do-hyun is eventually forced by his father, King Myung-dae
into a political marriage with Lady Chae-young.

Despite the King hiring the most prestigious doctors in the land, the marriage remains childless for six long years. When fate brings Do-hyun and Seo-hoo together again, the Prince discovers a secret that could shake the foundations of the throne: a six-year-old son named Han-kyul.

Knowing his father will see Seo-hoo as a "stain" to be removed, Do-hyun tries to hide them. But the King's eyes are everywhere. Once the truth is out, the King orders a cold-blooded exchange: the Omega must be eliminated so that the "legitimate" daughter-in-law can claim the child as her own.

With the palace guards closing in, Do-hyun must decide if he will remain a puppet of the crown or become the man who burns the palace down to save his family.
