Adrian Haze Velasco is all logic and steel. A Mechanical Engineering student who trusts what he can take apart with his hands, he has no room for the noise of campus life-or for someone like Hendrick.

Hendrick Aerl Ramirez is the charismatic heart of the Communication department, a former athlete hiding from the weight of "perfect" expectations. He is used to getting what he wants, but he's never met a wall he couldn't charm his way through-until he meets Adrian.

In a workshop filled with grease and unspoken tension, the stoic engineer and the magnetic athlete collide. Under the glow of a purple sunset, they must decide if the silence between them is a barrier or the only place they can finally be themselves.
