This fan-fiction is what it would be like if Derek didn't die... Although he did have some injuries, and if you read you will figure out how they were handled and who handled them... He would've experienced Zola and Bailey grow up, bonded more with his sister, and would have spent more time with Meredith.

A continuation of the series from season 3. Some changes were made in the storyline, but nothing too huge, basically more focused on their private life, and less on surgery.
