Oscar and Liam have been under wraps for months at this point. The Committee doesn't know about them yet...at least Oscar thinks they don't. It isn't something they talk about, not properly. But it's there in the pauses, in the way they look at each other a second too long. Like they just never decided what to do about it. Or that it was happening in the first place.
