A world where half the population got special powers. but as we know if you give humans powers not everyone is using them for good. Now present day at Pheonix Academy a place where people with powers are turned into heroes, and then there are people that help them medics, designers and hackers. Pheonix doesn't care who your parents are but when you are the kind of people who might be set the entire place on fire you sure do get unwanted attention.

Akari Takada, a new student at Pheonix who just wants to be a hero like her parents knows what she is getting herself into but no one can prepare you for a place like Pheonix.
