Given by the Gods

a world forged by iron and winter, there are no men. Society is held together by two sacred paths: the broad-shouldered, battle-hardened Shield-Bearers who fight and sire life, and the revered Hearth-Mothers who rule the longhouse and bear the young.
Chieftain Vibeke is the most feared Shield-Bearer in the North-a ruthless warrior who commands her tribe with absolute authority, loyal only to her blade and her people.
Until the day she finds her.
Fallen into the snow from another world, the outsider fits neither caste. She bears no warrior's strength, yet carries no place in the hearth. To the rest of the tribe, she is an impossible anomaly. But to Vibeke, her sudden, miraculous arrival is no accident-she is a sacred Sky-Gift sent directly by the Goddesses.
And the Chieftain has no intention of ever letting her gift go.
A dark fantasy Viking romance featuring a fierce warrior leader, an otherworldly outsider, deep lore, and an inescapable fate.
