Some lives do not meet cleanly. They catch upon one another through wound, through want, through that quiet and often desperate need to be understood.
This is the story of three young souls carrying different ruins:
A girl asked to bear more than she understands.
A boy who mistakes hope for something he can save.
And another who has learned that love, if left unwatched, often turns costly.
Their griefs are different, as are their fears. Yet pain has a twisted habit of recognising its own, even when dressed as charm, brilliance, kindness, or disdain.
And so they are bound, not solely by the grander notions of fate some stories prefer, but by loneliness and fear answering one another.
