Robbie Evans is the sweet, chivalrous, and totally delicious new American at school. 

Amber is the lovesick daydreamer who will do anything for her own romance. 

Hazel is the cheerful, determined best friend that has to listen to Amber ramble on about love.  And SHE has to do all the work to get this love story up and running!

 When Amber bumps into Robbie on his first day of school, she immediately falls in love, but can't muster up the courage to talk to him.  Hazel decides to step in, devising a notebook in which they record their strategy to getting Robbie. She also becomes Amber's personal messenger, doing all of the dirty work for Amber, feeding information about Robbie back to her best friend's eager ears.

 Step by step, Amber becomes closer to Robbie, but, under Cupid's cunning gaze, Hazel finds a love story of her own beginning to unfold...
