Centuries old warlock Ilya Rozanov isn't really concerned that he'd never known love. He is content with his life of friends and parties. Then a knock on his door changes everything. Meeting a certain human changes everything and now he does not know what to do about it.

Prince Shane Hollander had resigned his life to that of doing what is expected of the heir to the throne, until meeting a certain warlock makes him want more than a loveless marriage to fulfill family obligations. The problem is that the world is not build to accommodate his happy ending.

This is a re-write of a story I wrote nine years ago for Magnus and Alec from The Mortal Instruments called Royal Dilemma. Plot points have been changed, technical description improved, and the story reshaped for Ilya and Shane, but the backbone of the story is the same.

I love rewriting/improving old stories and giving them new life for a new fandom. It helps me improve as a writer and is just a ton of fun!
