Barry Allen and Vera Brock hooked up during a college party. Vera ended up pregnant, but she didn't want to burden Barry with a child when the cause was alcohol, so she never told Barry.
Barry found out he had a daughter, and he, along with Team Flash, begins the hunt for her. But when they find out that there was an explosion at the hospital where the baby was, they go to check it. They manage to find a trace of something that's not of Earth-1.
Barry and Team Flash end up getting transported to a different Earth, where they meet Billy Butcher and The Boys, who are on the hunt for Soldier Boy and his daughter. Barry and Team Flash soon realize that the bad out weighs the good in this world.
