The Egyptian serpent

Pawbert Lynxley always had a fascination with ancient Egypt, so much so that he became an archaeologist. But on one of his expeditions, he accidentally Awakened a mummy. Who turned out to be one of King Empurah's many servants, a blue snake named Garuh (Gar-roo) who has a terrible cursed.
The viper is mostly harmless and Pawbert befriended him, mostly out of learning more of the Garuh's Egyptian days.

The duo of the Lynx and the serpent end up going on a journey to not only stop a bunch of bad guys, but to stop said bad guys from awakening King Empurah himself.
But as Pawbert and Garuh make their way through the dangers, they both bond over time and slowly, feelings of romance begin to bloom.
It's only a matter of time before the world delves into chaos at the pharaoh's hand.
