A long time ago, The Council split the State of Drewery into two; Town and City. Those who The Council deemed worthy were placed in the city, to be blessed with wealth and prosperity. The Town, however, were to be filled with people who The Council decided were undesirable; to be cursed with misfortune and despair.

Romeo Prowen is a curious townsfolk boy who wants nothing more than to be in the city. When he finally lands a job at Bulgards Billards, the most wealthy business in the state, Romeo ventures out to find a way to bring his family out of the town and into a comfortable life.

Wren Bulgard is the head of the nefarious group The Seven Sins. When her and the rest of the Sins were banished from Drewery, they found a way to make a name for themselves- birthing the famous Hotline Nightclub.

Why did The Council split the state into two? What caused the Sins to be banished? Will Romeo ever achieve the life he desires?
