"It's our wedding night," I whine intentionally. "And?" he says, his gaze snapping to my face. "Damien..." I lean forward, letting my cleavage show. "Do not tell me you have no idea what happens on a wedding night," I tease. When he says nothing, I sigh. A forced marriage. A dangerous alliance. A woman who refuses to be controlled, and a man who has never been challenged. Reine was never meant to be his bride.
