"I'm not here to love you Seungmin, I'm here to read." I rolled my eyes, glaring up at my ex.
Seungmin chuckled, but it was a bitter sound. "Love? You think I want you to love me again? Hell no, y/n."
He caught the vulnerability in my silence and kept talking. "Our love was so sad, y/n. It was there, but it was sad. Every time I said I loved you, my heart started crying. It was so hopeless." He said it quietly, almost softly as he looked down at me.
I knew he wasn't trying to mock me - he just needed to say it out loud, our past that had stayed unmentioned for so long.
