The not chosen one

This fanfiction follows Will Potter, the lesser-known twin of Harry Potter, who, as he very frequently reminds everyone, is also very much alive and therefore technically also "the boy who lived."
Unlike his famous brother, Will grows up away from the spotlight, raised by his adoptive mum, Mary MacDonald, and surrounded by his own chaotic little world, especially his best friend Isabelle. But everything changes when they finally go to Hogwarts. Not only does Will have to deal with magic school, houses, and all the usual drama, he also comes face-to-face with the brother who doesn't even know he exists.
