"Her Professor, His Wife" is a story about Maureen Faye Gomez and Seth Nikolai Tuazon, two strangers forced into an arranged marriage by their families for the sake of business and reputation. Maureen is a young woman who suddenly wakes up to find that her life has already been decided without her full consent, while Seth is a composed and reserved university professor who accepts the arrangement without resistance.

Neither of them is interested in each other at first. They are distant, awkward, and emotionally detached as they begin living under the same agreement that binds them together.
