The Brush is a Menace

This is a story of three girls, Laylah, Sophia, and me.

We thought we understood the world we lived in, the quiet routines, the familiar streets, the kind of life where danger feels distant... like something that happens on TV or to other people.

Until it happened to us.

What begins as a disappearance becomes something far more disturbing when we are taken into a place where control is precise, silence is enforced, and pain is not just inflicted...it is studied.

This is not just a story of kidnapping.

It is a story of being watched, shaped, and slowly turned into something unrecognizable. A story where art is no longer beauty...but a weapon. Where every brushstroke carries meaning, and every canvas hides something darker than imagination.

Inside that world, we begin to change, Laylah fights to hold on to who she is, Sophia begins to slip under the weight of it all, and I... I start to understand things I was never meant to.

Things that make survival possible, but at a cost, because the longer you stay inside darkness, the more it begins to look like something you can live with.

This is not just a story of three girls who were taken.

This is a story of what was done to us...and what we became after...beyond silence, beyond the brushstroke.

The Brush is indeed a menace.
