A drunk 12 year old boy makes his way to McDonald's, only to get hit by a car. He ends up in a surreal world, where the mind and body are connected, later finding out he is in a coma. He decides to set on a quest to wake himself up. Will he be able to wake himself up at the end? Or will he be stuck in this surreal place forever?
