He's the one everyone wants. She's the one who keeps saying no. Beckett Prescott is used to things coming easy-on the ice, in the spotlight, and in every relationship that never quite becomes one. Until an injury he can't ignore forces him into the last place he wants to be: Rehab. Dr. Quinn Ellison doesn't care who he is. She cares about results. Structure. Boundaries. And Beckett? He breaks all three. What starts as forced proximity turns into something neither of them planned-late nights, quiet tension, and a connection that doesn't fit neatly into rules or expectations. Because Quinn sees through him. And Beckett doesn't know how to walk away from that. But she does. She says no. Again. And again. And again. Until saying yes might cost her everything.

You all know Max as the little fighter who beat the odds and survived being born at just 2lbs to parents Amelia and Briggs Maddison. Growing up Max had struggled with school and a learning disability. He also learned at a young age that he had a twin brother who died at birth, but one thing always came easy to him and that was hockey. It was his passion since his dad put on his first pair of skates and taught him all he knew. Max's biggest supporter was Archer, the cute shy girl in his first grade class who he became fast friends with. They were insperable all through out school and Max fell for her. Archer though never thought she was good enough for Max. So when the time came for college she disapeared and broke poor Max's heart. Fast forward 5 years and Max's career is at an all time high and Archer fulfilled her dream of becoming a teacher. One day when Archer's first grad class wins a local contest to have some of the members of the Tampa Bay Lightning visit their class, Max and Archer's paths cross again. Will that spark still be there? Will Max be able to win over Archer this time? Or will 5 years apart be too much to over come?
