Juniper Magnolia and Rowan Ashcroft don't have much in common, except for the fact that they're both light workers who happen to study magic at the same academy.

Juniper is a strong witch who embraces magic completely, so much that it consumes her.

Rowan is a meek healer that's been taught since an early age that she had to suppress her power because it's evil.

One day, they're randomly paired together to work on a small project that later escalates into a full blown catastrophe for everyone in their community. Now they must work together to resolve this issue and save the town. Luckily for them, they seem to work well together, like two pieces of a magic puzzle. It doesn't take long for them to become fast friends... and maybe even something more...
