A Deal In The Dark

For decades, Alastor has been the one holding the leash, a terrifying Overlord who built his reputation on the screams of those foolish enough to sign his contracts. But every broadcast has a source and Alastor's meteoric rise was never his own.

Long before he was the Radio Demon, a desperate Alastor struck a bargain for the power to topple Hell's ancient hierarchies. He thought he was dealing with a peer-a fellow shadow-but he unknowingly surrendered his soul to Roo, the primordial Root of Evil. Now, as the "leash" begins to tighten, Alastor finds his shadows acting on a will not his own, forcing him to protect Charlie for a purpose far more sinister than simple amusement.

Caught between his growing genuine affection for the Hazbin Hotel crew and the crushing weight of a deal he can't escape from, the Radio Demon must find a "backdoor" in his contract before he becomes the very thing he despises: a puppet in someone else's show.
