Charlie Birkin has always wanted to make his family proud.
Top of the class. Valedictorian. Soon to be Captain of the Male's Swim Team.

Riley Birkin has always been the disappointment in the family. While her older brother got top marks in all his classes, the only classes she bothered to get As in are Art and Musical Theatre.
They know exactly want they want to be.
But one fateful day, everything changes.

The Birkin's family is shattered and their father is left to pick up the pieces.
Riley gets her first period at 16.
And Charlie gets dumped by his girlfriend of 2 years

They find themselves wishing for different lives, and somehow it works.
Everything goes back to normal and they return to their lives
